    In these private sessions, you'll benefit from the undivided attention of our elite coaching staff, allowing you to work directly on your specific goals. With tailored instruction, you'll make precise adjustments to take your pitching, fielding or hitting skills to the next level.

Player Development Program

  • $350 - (2 Months)

  • Our Player Development Program (PDP) is our flagship program that is designed for those who are serious about playing baseball. The key to success is the ability to create a personalized program based on each athlete’s performance and capabilities in sports performance, pitching/throwing and hitting.

    To get started, each PDP athlete is required to undergo a comprehensive assessment with our PDP Evaluation.

    Our baseball PDP system is an 8-week program tailored to your specific player development needs based on the results of your PDP Evaluation. We use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure your baseline and your progress.

    Each program will leverage technology and data to monitor your workload, output, and progress.We provide a semi-private training environment. This means you’ll receive consistent coaching and accountability while also taking ownership of your success and developing your personal training routines. When we said this was for serious players only, we meant it.

    Evaluations are required to enter the PDP Program. The evaluation must be completed the week prior to the start of the new month.The evaluations are used to gather the athletes initial metrics and place players in the appropriate session. Retesting will occur at the end of each month.

sports performance

  • SPORTS PERFORMANCE MEMBERSHIP

    $185/month

    Unlimited Sports Performance: is for athletes ages 12 to 18, and includes our SAQ (Speed and Agility) and Strength Classes. Athletes on this membership may attend as many of these classes throughout the month as they would like, including multiple classes per day. Memberships run on a month to month basis, depending on the day you sign up. For example, if you sign up on the 15th of June, your membership will auto-renew on the 15th of July. During those 30 days you are able to come to as many classes as you like.

  • Our sports performance training is designed to help your athlete reach their full potential. We focus on plyometrics, speed & agility, and strength training in small group classes to help ensure your athlete is getting the full attention of our instructors. Each athlete that trains with CPI will have a customized program tailored only to them, based on their sport, position, and goals and complete this training during our sports performance classes. Each athlete will be given a google drive profile in which we will track their month to month, then year on year progress as they continue to develop both during and after their season. Athletes will have access to their google drive profile including metrics as well. Our coaches have developed successful programs helping athletes increase their speed, lengthen their endurance, and build strength and stamina through physical and mental conditioning in addition to their sports specific goals.

    • Speed and Agility Classes: focuses on functional, practical training to help athletes across all sports reach their potential. Our model is a comprehensive approach which centers on core areas of Speed, Explosiveness, Agility, Acceleration, Flexibility, and Strength

    • Strength Classes: are constructed to improve strength, power, muscle mass, and mobility. Athletes will have an individual strength program created to fit their ability level and to best meet their needs. Every exercise, set, and rep performed at CPI has a purpose. That purpose is to improve the performance of our athletes and to also decrease their potential risk for injury.

    • Plyometric Classes: are specifically designed to help your athlete improve their coordination with movements that tap into the neuromuscular system. This class will help improve their overall explosive speed & strength, athletic performance, throwing and hitting velocity, and joint health by strengthening ligaments and tendons.

  • PITCHING DATA: Whether it’s release, flight or strike-zone data, we have all the essential data points that make your pitchers better.

    Release: Release Speed, Spin Rate, Spin Axis, Release Height, Release Side, Extension, Vertical Release Angle, and Horizontal Release Angle.

    Flight: Vertical Movement and Horizontal Movement.

    Strike Zone: Plate Height, Plate Side, Vertical Approach Angle, and Horizontal Approach Angle

    HITTING DATA: We give batters the data points they need to make their game better

    Launch: Exit Speed, Spin Rate, 3D Contact Point, Launch Angle, and Launch Direction.
